This original art, measuring approximately 11" x 17"  is illustrated in pencils on paper.

A romantic dinner between Scott Summers and Jean Grey is interrupted by an explosion from the street below, which is caused by a monster on a rampage!  Dinner plans are forgotten as Scott and Jean change to their "work clothes"--it's Cyclops and Marvel Girl of the X-Men that are needed now!  Her mutant telekinesis lowers them quicky to the street as Cyclops uses his optic blasts on the creature, and Marvel Girl turns to help the endangered civilians!  Rogue arrives to help just as the creature suddenly unleashes optic blasts exactly like the attack used by Cyclops moments before!
