This page depicts the end of a quiet day at Jinky's megamall as Catwoman, Harlequin, and Poison Ivy arrive! They immediately set about causing chaos, freeing cats...oh, and ransacking the stores! They lovely thieves make their way upwards to a waiting helicopter, as the Flash arrives on the scene at ground level! The scarlet speedster races around the large water fountain, creating a downdraft inside the mall! The Copter is brought down in a controlled crash, the thieves are captured; as Flash gets not a "thank you"--but yelled at for wrecking the fountain...and how are they going to get that chopper out, and....no wonder Batman always takes off after the bad guys are caught!
