This page depicts Paragon City, home to the City of Heroes, as Statesman fumbles a meeting with new hero Moodswing, and Manticore tries to encourage the youth's choice to fight crime along side his heroes!

BONUS!  Along with the finished page is a photocopy of the sketched page layout by Wilson Tortosa.  These photocopies are two pieces of paper taped together to approximate the size of the finished page, and used to give the rest of the creative team a look at how the finished page will look.  Sometimes, you can see noticeable changes from layout to finished page.  Keep in mind these photocopies have all taken a beating to some degree.  The winner gets BOTH pages!
