This story takes place during the Cylon Attack on the Twelve Colonies. The lives of the Viper pilots of "Ghost Squadron" assigned to the Battlestar Therion are about to violently collide with the smugglers aboard the cargo ship Orion, which has unknowingly taken aboard members of the terrorist faction the "Children of Erebus", even as the Cylons begin their war upon the Colonies!

This page depicts Ian and Kiplin sharing an embrace before going their separate ways, when Ian is attacked from behind!

NOTE: There is smudging on the lower left corner of panel six.

NOTE: The pages were originally sketched in blue pencil by the artist, before the regular finished pencils were applied. The blue pencil work is still visible on the pages to varying degrees, depending on the specific page. It doesn't show up well in the scan, but it is there.
