This two page spread depicts Norman Osborn in Avengers Tower with his fake "Avengers" team of Hawkeye, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, and Captain Marvel along with Aries and Sentry, laying down the law on how he expects them to behave, introducing his second in command, Victoria Hand, and setting the list of potential targets for the team!
