Freshmen is the story of a motley assortment of college freshmen who gain an odd variety of powers when an experimental device called the "Ax-Cell-Erator" overloads and gives off a bioelectrical pulse that alters the cells of the students in the building (as well as the machine's creator) at the time. At the urging of the only one of their number who knows anything about superheroes (the resident comic book geek, who was also the only one without any powers), they became a team of superheroes, slowly learning how to function as heroes while dealing with the rigors of college life!
This page depicts the Freshmen team in their temporary dorm in the science building as they get the good news that they're getting real dorm rooms at last! But a new mystery presents itself when they learn from Amy, the RA, that there's supposed to be another student among them--Len Kirk! But nobody has seen or heard of him before now! But when Amy casually asks Norrin out for coffee, he turns green and flees from the room!
